TOP RATED but no views on PROPOSALS!

Hi everyone,

I have 100% JSS, top rated profile but neither I am getting any proposal view or any job invite. I have applied to almost 35 jobs and not did not get even a single view. It would be really helpful if someone can review my profile and guide me in improving it to win the job.

You obviously need to write better proposals. Being Top Rated means nothing for clients.
