I have worked 5 years on the platform to build my profile, TOP RATED PLUS Huge earning huge fees 5000 hours worked
They want me to refund a client 120% after working for hundreds of hours free
Instead of coming to a fair agreement they bullied the client into pushing for high refunds, I followed the instructions perfectly and worked hard

I refunded the client 800usd, The client agreed to a 50% refund, I said wait i will do some more work, and get back the 800 I ended up working 100s of free hours, it turned out that the client's ask was mathematically impossible, Try explaining that to UPWORK, Then entered the negotiation, they are only interested in the client making a final refund proposal, which at the money is close to 120% EVERYTHING I SAY IS IGNORED BYTRUST AND SAFTEY
TRUST AND SAFETY ARE SAYING THAT AS PART OF THE NEGOTIATION I HAVE TO RESPECT THE FINLA DECISION OF THE CLIENT TIME TO CLOSE THE ACCOUNT

Also, if a fly steps in your computer, hourly protection is deemed invalid because your job is considered fraudulent. At the tests my last experience with Hourly protection.

It easier to say it when you don't have forced refunds etcetera. AH, and it says "You refunded $69", when at which stupid moment in the Earth did I really want to refund. And that refunds come on time, but don't be the askings for explainations, because they can last 4 days.

Why didn't you just take the half and go peacefully. Instead you said "wait I will do some more work". Nobody asked you to work 100 more hours.
