Tag words which help freelancer to sent proposal

there should be a portion within profile where freelaner or agencies can add tag word on which bases if any client post job then it should give freelancer notification so that they can apply the reason i think in this way becasue last couple of years we are working on insurance app now its easy for us to implement any thing related to insurance app i think similary like tag word in skills section there should be for job search tag this will help experience fraalaner and agencies this is idea hope anybody can give some more good ideas on it
