I checked and noticed that your profile was set to private due to a lack of earnings. You can find more information about that function here and the several simple ways to have it reset to public. I went ahead and reset it for you.
You may get some tips and suggestions from other Community members on how you could improve your profile as well. But I'd like to mention that updating your profile picture so that it's not cropped so closely and adding some portfolio items to showcase your skills could be something you could start off with.
