Task Open Too Long

Hello, everyone!
Looking through my active proposals, I noticed that some of the tasks have been open for 2-4 months without selected contractors.
Does Upwork moderate these issues? As freelancers, it's important for us to get our connects back if the project is no longer relevant.

What do you advise to do in this situation?
Will give me a refund connects if I withdraw my proposals?

Connects are a business expense. Once they are gone, they are gone forever. They do not come back. If you can't afford connects, you will not make it on Upwork. Every platform, decent ones, charge something. If you don't want to pay for business expenses, don't be a freelancer, get a job where an employer will pay.
