Hello, I am new to freelancing and UpWork and was wondering if someone would be able to assist me. While I was filling out my profile I noticed that I have to fill out the tax information. As I was doing that, there is a box under the W-9 section that says Legal Name of Business, Do I need to have my own Freelancing Business in order to be able to be a Freelancer with UpWork?

You do not need to establish a "freelancing business."
Just enter your legal name.
