Hello upwork team/ users!

A while back I completed my first upwork job, and it went well, but then when the moment came to register the legal name of business in order to proceed with my jobs and withdraw my funds things got confusing. I recently graduated from university and I haven't had a job where I paid taxes before, nor do I have a business.

Should I register as a business in the local office, or should I just put my legal/passport name in the legal business name section? I am not a US citizen.
