Tax No for UK

I'm a UK citizen and have entered my individual national insurance number to the Tax Information page but it has not been approved. Does anyone know what Tax Number will be approved for th UK?

Hi Tina,

The tax ID that you submit must be in the format provided by VIES, or Upwork won't be able to validate it. You can check if your VAT number will be validated on the VIES website here. Thank you!
