Hello support team.
I am a citizen of Ukraine but currently residing in Poland under the temporary protection of Ukrainian citizens due to the war in Ukraine. I have already changed my location to Poland some time ago.
Also, I've just changed my tax residence from Ukraine to Poland and made appropriate changes.
However, W-8BEN form requests my Country of Citizenship. The question is, should I leave Ukraine as I am a Ukrainian citizen despite my Polish tax residence? Or is it supposed to be Poland?
Thanks for your support.

Are you a citizen of Poland? I'm asking because I don't know, it does sound like you are not, in which case your country of citizenship is Ukraine, not Poland, and Ukraine is what you should use to indicate citizenship. I'm the same I am Belgian but living in Thailand, so my country of citizenship is Belgium while my country of residence is Thailand.
