Hello all!

Hoping to get some insights as I've been seeing too many different viewpoints on these things.

I recently decided to launch a freelance digital marketing venture. Quicker than expected, I now have five people itnerested in hiring me for more than one quick project.

1. How do you recommend setting up your business license - LLC or Individual

2. Do you have a good template for agency/client agreements

Thanks for all of your help, everyone!

Hi Adam, I sent you a private pm re: your forms question.

As for the other question you have, I'm in the process of going this route sometime this year.

Based on the enourmouse amount of data I have read on this matter, this is the usual take on this:

1. LLC if you plan to have a team, that you pay yourself

2. Sole propriatorship if you expect to not pay staff yourself, but you can always sub-contract out to independent contractors.

3. This is not cut in stone. There are different pro's and con's to either type of business, and your personal plans should affect your decision.
