Tech team need to turn off this pop up - it's on every page

This pop up comes on every single page 'how to boost your proposal.' Why have the tech team not fixed this? It's really sloppy, lazy coding and it's irritating. EVERY SINGLE PAGE it shows up. Please have tech team fix this immediately.

I have checked and I'm unable to replicate the issue. Can you please share what browser you're using? You can try clearing your cache and cookies or using a different browser. Let me know if the issue persists and I'll look further into that for you.
