I cannot submit my profile because I can't save education, work history and profile pic. The scroll bar does not work so I can't scroll down to the save button (I assume it is at the bottom of the page).

I am currently using Chrome, but I also tried MS Edge and Firefox. In
Firefox I didn't even have a scroll bar and couldn't see a save button. I
have also tried clearing cache and cookies. None of these things resolved
the issue.
