Temporary hold - Know your customer

Hi,

My freelancer account was running fine and I even had the identity badge but created a client account, now I getting a banner on my account that some of the services are on temporary hold as Upwork is reviewing my account. More than 4 working days have passed but no update yet, I even raised a support ticket. Can administrators please help.
