Temporary removal from Top Rated program

Hi, I'd like to know why have I been removed from the top rated plus program.
I have mantained all the following requirements (as far as I know):

• A Job Success score of 90% or higher
• 13 out of past 16 weeks with a Job Success score of 90% or higher or Rising Talent Status
• $1,000+ earnings in the past year
• 100% complete profile
• An up-to-date availability status 
• No recent account holds 

This is very frustrating. This status was very hard to earn, and Upwork is my main source of income, so its very important for me, I'd really like to find a solution.

Top Rated or Top Rated Plus?  Plus has different qualification.

The last update I read indicated that Top Rated Plus status is not visible to all clients. Those who do not see your TR+ badge will see your regular TR one. When I view your profile, I see the TR+ badge. So, it does not appear that you have been removed or if you were, you have already been restored.

I still see your plus badge. Maybe you received the email by mistake?

Have you made $10,000 in the past 12 months?

Have you been working on your large contract in the past 12 months?

Hi, I don't see my TR badge anymore. I've made $10000 in the last 12 months, and also been working for the same client for more than 12 months,

Hi Matias,

Your profile completeness is currently at 90%. I suggest you increase that to 100% and the badge should start showing up again.

You removed something which dropped your profile completeness - add something and get it back to 100&

Portfolio Item	5% each (max 20%)
Employment History Item	10% each (max 20%)
Education	10% each (max 20%)
Profile Video	10%
Linked Account	10% (max 10%)
Certification	5% each (max 10%)
Other Experience	5% (max 5%)
