Test results not appearing

I've taken a test (U.S English Usage Test) and scored 4.5/5. But after that I got an error saying they couldn't submit my test results and that they are archived and that they will be resubmitted later. 

I'm confused do I have to take the test again or just wait for the results to show up on my profile?

If so, wait till how long?

Yes I already ended the test and the results did not show up on my profile. How much time should I wait for it to show up on my profile?

I cannot even take the test again for 3 months now. It won't let me saying the test has expired for me.
