Testimonial: Client has not received my request

Hi, 
I submitted a testimonial request from an old client, but he has not yet received an email from Upwork. How long does it take for Upwork to process the request?

Hi Abdul,

 

Could you please confirm if your client has checked their spam/junk folder to see if the email was sent there? If not, please click on my picture next to this post and send me a private message with your client's email so I could check this for you.

I requested an old client of mine a testimonial on upwork, but he didn't receive it. Checked the junk/spam folder but to no avail.
