That Google account is not recognized on Upwork

Hello there im trying login with my primary email but cant login because That Google account is not recognized on Upwork it look like last year i accidently close my account cant you help me ?

I checked out a thread here about it, and the solution didn't work.

So I created this account to communicate with you, but I used the different email I used to sign in with Google.

Hello, Mr. Pradeep!

My friend have the same problem. So he asked me help.

He had created an account a week ago and it showed the message like "That Google account is not recognized on Upwork".

He received the mail from support team. (https://support.upwork.com/hc/requests/33816957)

He replied that mail, but didn't received any reply from support team.
