Hello,
Since last few days I am seeing that Upwork has changed the chat bot on Help & Support section, earlier it was named as "Data" and now it is "Agatha".
When I typed "Live Support" in Data, it used to connect me to a customer representative from Upwork, however, Agatha puts me in a loop of pre-screened articles/docs on the websites instead of connecting me to live support.
Is this issue across all freelancers?
I have used incognito/new browsers (other than Chrome) but it hasn't helped me yet.
Will really appreciate any suggestions on how to reach Upwork's reps on live chat.
