Hi, I got an issue on my account: "Your payment method has been deactivated because the beneficiary name on your payment method does not match the name on your Upwork account.", need help from Upwork support. Thank you!

In order to be able to add a payment method, the method will need to be issued on your account or to have your name listed as a beneficiary name. To learn more about our accepted payment methods and how to add one, check out this Help Article. Thank you.

I have read the article, it said "If you use an unrecognized name variation or nickname, we’ll require that you verify your identity.", I have submitted my national ID card a few months ago, would you be able to help me verify my idenitity?
