Hello, how can I change my name on upwork? 
I am trying to add a payment method and I had an error "The beneficiary name is mismatched.". In my bank account the name is like Surname + Name and on my upwork profile I don't have my complete second name.

It doesn't look like there's a name mismatch on your payment method. However, I can see that it is currently going through the three-day security period. Once the security period is over, you should be able to start using this payment method to withdraw your Upwork earnings.
