The beneficiary name is mismatched

Hi There,

 I created the account using my lovely 8yrs old daughter's name. But now when I gave me bank details, it complains "The beneficiary name is mismatched". How should I fix this?

By changing the name to the name of the adult who will be using the account, as required by TOS. Bank account information must match the actual user name and the account name, and the user must be at least 18.

i had my nickname as my user name like nic instead of nicolas 

and then i have a bank account mismatch. I already change my username to my full name. 

But still when i add my banck account i can see upwork still refers me as "nic" instead of "nicolas". 

Why?
