The beneficiary name is mismatched

Can I withdraw my earnings in my parents' bank account? it's showing me the beneficiary name is mismatched. 

what should I do next?

while adding payment details, it asks for first name, last name, and account holder name. so in place of first name and last name should I enter my name or account holder's first and last name?

As I've mentioned in my previous post, if your name is not listed as a beneficiary name or if the payment method is not issued on your name you will not be able to add it on your account. Thank you.
