Hello All,
One of my clients asked me to send her the total number of hours which I work on her account every month. I filtered the Transaction History by "Client" and "Hourly" and totalled the number of hours from the weekly hourly contracts for the month. Then I multiplied the total number of hours by my hourly rate to check to see if it agreed to the Upwork total dollar amount. However my dollar total is less than the total dollar amount generated by the Upwork Transaction History report. Is there something which I am missing in my calculation?

There is a Total Earnings by Client report, so you could take that and just divide by your rate. It won't give you month to month but you could get total hours and then give her the average.

Ah, I see. Originally, I had downloaded that Earnings Report but as it did not have any hours on it, I decided to try the Transaction History Report. I am fine with using the Earnings Report and following your suggestion. Thanks again.
