Hi. This is Yaraslau from Belarus. I am the new to the Upwork platform.

I meet the client in this platform but he is asking for the interview on the skype.

Because his technical manager is in the other country and the client wants me to have the technical interview with him. How can I solve this problem? I am not sure how I can do . Please let me know ho I can do that.

Have the interview on skype. It is not a violation of any rules, you can communicate with clients any way you like.
