The clients are not responding for the last few weeks and the contracts are still open.

Hi there,

There're 2 open contracts on my profile which I've done and submitted all of the work and the clients are pretty much happy and satisfied.

But unfortunately, both the clients are not responding for the last few weeks and the contracts are still open.

I wanted to ask; How to reach out to the clients and what if I end the contract by myself, will there be any negative impact of that on my profile. 

Can anyone please guide or help me?

If you have already followed up with those clients more than once, leave it be.
