The clients didn't closed the contract

Hi!
I was working on 3 projects and they are all finished a long time ago, but the clients didn't closed the contracts and they are not responding to my messages.
What should I do?

I also faced this issue. I contacted support and they told me to close the contract rather than open without payment

I have thought about it, but I have this issue for 3 projects and I also heard that it's not a good thing to close the contract by yourself.

Happened to me. There is nothing we can do about this. If messaging won't work, there is only 2 things to do:

-Close it yourself, in my experience, this may slightly affect your JSS (it did for me, from 96% to 93%)

-Wait until the contract expire (inactive detection from Upwork system), this may still affect your JSS, but seems like it affect less then option 1.

Same thing happened to me so I contacted my clients to just end my contract while there's no task and just contact me if they want to get my service again.

 If your clients are not responding and these contracts have been open for a long time, you can close them yourself. BUT.... Don't close them all at once. Close one at a time and then get a few jobs completed before you close the next one.
