I got an order last month, it's all good from the start. And it's an hourly job, which makes me feel safer.
But since the last time the customer contacted me, it has been almost a month. I contacted the customer several times, but get no response.
I don't know what should I do, the customer never appears again. But the contract continues. I heard a long inactive contract will lower my success score. But if the customer never comes back, what should I do? I checked the customer's status, there are no new activities. It looks like the customer has left this platform although our contract is still ongoing.
Should I apply to end this contract? How could I end this contract without affecting my score?

There is no such thing as applying to end the contract. You cam just end it or wait a little longer and then end it. It isn't hurting you either way.
