I'm new to upworks and just submitted my first job. I received this message a few hours later after submitting my completed work.
The last submission of milestone"job title" has been approved. What exactly does this mean? Does it mean I completed the job and the client approved it?
Also I don't see any tabs to give or receive feedback.

The message you received does indeed mean that the client has approved your submission. However, they may or may not have closed the contract (it does not happen automatically - unless they close the contract, it stays open, for 3 months before getting closed by UpWork). If they have closed the contract, when you go to your "my jobs" tab, you should see an option for leaving feedback on the closed contract. If the contract has been left open however, it will show under your active contracts in the same tab.

Hi Hanna,
But if the client approved the milestone without closing the contract, freelancer still get paid right? or what?

Hi Marie,
If your client fails to end the contract after releasing the final milestone, you may reach out to your client about it. Please know that releasing the final payment doesn't mean that the contract will be closed as well. Please check this help article for more information about ending a contract.
