Hello everyone! My friend has recently joined Upwork. He has got an upwork's message, that says his financial transaction is restricted, after a few days of using this platform. The message offers the link to contact customer service and prove his identity. But the problem is the link doesn't work. It keeps leading to the main page of the account "My job feed" after clicking to the link. It makes impossible to contact Upwork and prove his identity to get rid of this restriction. Thanks a lot!
