My profile has been approved, and I still have Connects, but just today, I am unable to submit proposals. The button can be clicked, but it does not take me to the proposal page. In addition, the "Save Job" button is not clickable. I have been submitting proposals with no problem before today. I have attached a screenshot of what the buttons look like for me now. What is the problem here? How can it be fixed?

Update
I cleared cache AND cookies and was able to submit one proposal. However, the issue is back. I have tried other browsers and still not able to submit proposals or save jobs. Help please.
