The statement is missing an address

Hello Upwork Team,

Hope you are doing well!

I want to verify my identity but it was already failed many times.

The last reason why my verification did not pass is that my ID is acceptable but the bank statement is missing my address. So I asked my bank officials to put my address on the bill, but they said that they are unable to write any address on it. 

How to resolve this issue? Please let me know
