The way Upwork takes the fees is very frustrating!

Hi Joachim,

You are right, I thought the same. At the beginning appears the right box with the amount you'll earn without the discount. But please check my case, I've found new fees, Do you know what they are?

Now I'll earn less money than I thougth.

Please check the attached.

Thank you!

wat are you on about? 20% of 150 is $30.

This is not rocket science, man.

Yes, but now I have 3 milestones of $40 each ($120 total), and Upwork is taking $4 for each milestone done.

Please, help me.

Fritzler,

On both screenshots you attached, you can see a 20% Upwork service fee. 20% of $150 is $30 and 20% of $40 is $8.

Hi Valeria,

Exactly, that's the problem, Upwork is taking much more than 20%, actually I must pay 40%

If I finalize the job I'll earn $108 instead $120

Is that right or I'm crazy?

Thanks

LOL OMG we're on math again. Where on earth do you get 40% from those figures?
