Dear Freelancers,
*** Edited in line with Community Guidelines ***. I am new at Upwork I need someone experienced to tell me what can I do. I was hired on Sunday to sew 100 printed pouches with a budget of $100 USD. It is Wednesday and there is a delay because the client does not act upon what we agreed on (that was that he had to vectorize the logo and the text). So I told him due to this mistake I could deliver the 100 pieces printed on the milestone date and I told him to agree on an extension date to finish sewing the pouches (by Tuesday). So the New Contract will concern the additional services he asked for (vectorization, tags, and shipping). But he does not want to.
The Client is very difficult to talk to, he does not negotiate but he starts making value judgments I do not tend or want to follow because it has no end. So I stopped there and told him I was going to ask for Upwork guidance.
Please help me, I am shocked because Upwork finished my contract and they did not talk to me to validate what happened. I really appreciate some comments or questions from you, freelancers. The milestone did not expire and I want to know if this always happens and if this is going to affect my reputation as an Upwork Freelancer.
Best regards
Saori

Secondly there does not seem to be a contract... (maybe it was because "Upwork finished her contract"? I didn't get that part...)

Ok, Upwork did not finished my contract. It was the Client, should I dispute? Is it worth it? Or should I refund? I really want to end this the right way.
