So I reached $10,000 in lifetime earnings with a client like 2 months ago, but the fee was never dropped to 5%. Who do I contact to get the fee dropped? An email address or response from an admin would be much appreciated.
Are you able to submit a ticket to customer service via the home page? Some users also have chat support available.
I don't think I received any notice when I hit the 5% threshold but it was definitely there, so something must be amiss.
Note that Enterprise clients are an exception from the sliding fee system and on payments with Enterprise clients, freelancers are always charged 10%. It looks like the client you are referring to is an Enterprise client and you can see this icon next to their company name and on their job postings:
