Third party rejecting valid forms of photo ID during identity verification

Hello, I just recieved another upwork email: "Action required within 7 days" to confirm my identity via ID.

I have two valid forms of government issued photo ID - A drivers licence and a permanent residency card. Both were rejected by your system when I tried to upload, and it appears I am locked out of making any attempts to upload another.

I've been using upwork for several years now, and I've already verified my identity once before.
