There is a client paused a contract by himself and told me "We will connect again based on requirement."
is this will affect on my Job Success score or not?
A contract being paused doesn't affect your Job Success Score. If a contract stays inactive for an extended period of time, it can affect your JSS. So after a while, you may check in with your client and ask if they need you to do any further work on the contract and if not, ask them to close the contract.
