It's been two months since I am waiting for skill certification to show up on my Upwork profile. I have got an email from Upwork that your profile has passed for the Skill Certification evaluation and we will show the skill certificate on your profile but still I am waiting for it to show up on my profile.
My name is Yash and I am a Top Rated Upwork freelancer. Later I opened a ticket to solve this issue but the Upwork employee who is giving me a reply there is telling me that our team is solving this issue. I am getting this same reply again and again from Upwork ticket support for the last two months.
Every time they just tell me that we are on this issue and solving it.
I am tired of this issue and Upwork's terrible support.
Can anyone please tell me what can I do from here?
