This is the new LOW, support is hiding and redirecting everything to community!

Currently every possible way I found to contact the support either has a bot or redirects here, this is unacceptable and it is a new "rock bottom" for unprofessionalism. **bleep** this website

I seem to be getting through OK. I know that phone and email support is a perk for top-rated freelancers. I'm not sure what kind of support you get if you're not top rated, and I can't tell if you are top rated or not, as your profile is set to private.
