Ticket Status

Hi, My friend lost his upwork account access, so he contacted upwork support through new email id and upwork account security team asked him to verify account ownership. verification was done successfully, after that team asked him to send screenshot of test-ipv6.com and he did that. It has been 12 hours but he did'nt get reply back. my question is that why they are taking so much time to reply ?

Please know that in order to abide by our privacy policy, we are unable to discuss another user's account with another user. As such, I would recommend your friend to contact us, or the team directly through his ticket should he/she wish to follow up on his account.
