I have a Tide Business Current Account. The Sort code I have comes up as invalid. Is this a common problem with online accounts such as Tide? Is there a solution for this issue?

Could you please try entering the branch address manually by clicking the green link ''enter branch address manually'' under the bank not found a section of your bank information tab.
