Time Lapse on Fixed Priced Jobs

I just completed a project that was due on the 13th. I submitted early so we had wiggle room. While he wasn't all that chatty to begin with about the project--not a quick responder to emails--I 'm wondering why I haven't heard a peep from him...

What is the timeframe that is required of the client to review and complete/end the contract?

The client has 14 days to review the work after you have requested the release of escrow.  If a client don't come back to release the escrow it is automatically released to you after 14 days.
