Time Policy

Hi, I am a new Upworker and I just wanted to know more about time policies.

I have a contract with 1 client wilth 20hours/week limit. Unfortunately, I dont hit the max 20hours/week (6-10hours/week) because the client do not delegate much tasks.

I have a prospect who wants me to work 40hours/week and I did not accept it because I am afraid that my account will be suspended because I have existing contract 20hours/week.

My question is, can I accept a 2nd client that offers full-time job 40hours/week even I have existing contract of 20hours/week? Thanks and looking forward to receive an answer.

God Bless!

You can have multiple open hourly contracts. The hour limit is usually a maximum, not how many hours the client expects you to work (best to ask the client directly about this if you're unsure). If you can do both jobs, you're free to accept both.
