Hi, My Odesk time tracker is not getting snap shots for almost an hour. Please help me out regarding this. Thanks, Charlie

Hi Charlie, I am sorry about the issue with the Team App. Could you please submit a support ticket via the Help menu of the Team App and make sure to include logs? Thanks,
