Hello,
My team uses Upwork time tracker and a few members have noted that they have extra time added onto the tracker, such as extra ten minutes. Such as they log in at 2pm but it clocks them at 1:50 and this puts them at close to OT before the end of the work week, and we don't allow OT.
Is there a logic to how it's getting those extra minutes or is it more logging in right before it turns from :00 to :01 is going to log as the 10 minute increment before?

Hi Holly,
If they turn on the Desktop App a few minutes (example: 1:56 PM) before the expected time they start working (example: 2 PM), that time frame will also count. The app takes random screen captures six times per hour, once per 10-minute billing segment. You can check this help article for more information.
