Time Tracker Connection Lost

Hi, my internet is working perfectly but my time tracker is tracking time with connection lost status. This has been going on since yesterday and I tried to ask support but it's directing me to a weird page. Screenshot attached.

I believe that it's an internet problem.

Please check these steps:
1. Do you use VPN? should try to toggle it
2. Change the Internet
3. Try to use 4G/5G

Other solutions: Remove your tracking app and reinstall it again.
