Hey!
I have a question regarding the time tracker.
My work evolves around setting up sessions. The thing is when the session is set up I only have to keep an eye out on my slack to get help requests from the session.
Meaning that sometimes I let my monitor turn off... And today I realized that Upwork doesn't count the time I'm on call and my monitor is off - I'm not doing actually anything on my computer but I'm still working...
I also checked the desktop app definitions and they are based on mouse movement and clicks... so is there really any way I can get that time logged without doing it manually (I don't have that option)??
Kind regards,
Carolina

Hello Carolina,
Can you share this thing with your client? He/she would allow you to go with manual time so you won't need to use desktop app for this specific job.

Hi,
The thing is that we are many people contracted via upwork and they disable
the manual tracker to have more control over the hours...
then you need to keep active with mouse and/or keboard when actively working. The tracker only counts segments with activity (mouse and/or keboard)
