Time Tracker Doesn't Show Up

I've been using time tracker for years and today it just won't turn on. 

I'm on Mac OS Catalina as usual, no new updates. App starts up with 4 pages, I flip through the pages and click "got it" and then nothing happens. Timer window never comes up. 

Others have had this issue with Windows and can click the system tray to log out and then log back in. However, mac doesn't seem to have an option to log out without the window showing up. I've deleted and re-downloaded about 4 times. No luck!
