I keep getting that error.
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and get that error from time to time (usually when it's about to take a 2nd screenshot. The 1st usually comes a couple of minutes after starting the time tracker, no issue there).
If the tracker is successful on that 2nd screenshot, the error is not encountered the rest of the tracking session.
This error leaves my diary messed up and activity lost.

Are you able to file a ticket from the Upwork Desktop App (Support and Feedback button on the arrow beside your name)?

I was able to create the ticket, but that's it.
If you can sort out my issue, it would be great.
My ticket's still unanswered btw.
