I have a similar issue, the app shows installed, but does not want to open. When I finally got it opened it goes through verification steps, password and disappears, cannot recall and start working.

Hi, same thing. I reinstalled the Desktop app a couple of times but nothings change, the time tracker doesn't appear, only messages.
