Time Tracker Not Accurately Reflecting

I worked 4 hours with screenshots (12:00-5:00). Time tracker is showing I only worked 2. What can I do?

Hi Cheryl,

For the team to investigate what happened, it would be helpful to have your app's logs. Could you please submit a support request directly from your Upwork App following the steps below and the logs will be automatically attached:

1. Click your name at the bottom of the Time Tracker window
2. Choose Support and Feedback
3. Add a detailed description of the issue and submit

Also please note that if you had the setting "Stop Tracker on Screen Lock Enabled" and your screen locked, the app would have stopped tracking.

I can guess that what is happening is this:

The time-tracker does not work the way that you think that it works.

Perhaps you thought of it as a "time clock," which a freelancer uses to "clock in" and "clock out."

But that is not how it works.
